When you talk about working at Redpill Linpro, most people think of the software consultants. But the Redpill Linpro family inlcudes all departments of the company. Eva Mikhail is working with finance and enjoys the open atmosphere.
– We are a colourful department, I can really be myself here.

About two years ago, Eva Mikhail embarked on a new journey at Redpill Linpro, transitioning from a 15-year career as a hairdresser to her first role in accounting. A friend who had a professional connection with Redpill Linpro encouraged her to apply for the job.
– She said, “You should really reach out to this company. I know them, and they seem great.” And she was right. I guess sometimes you get lucky and find the perfect workplace right away, Eva explains.

Eva works at Redpill Linpro in Stockholm, and just like everyone else, she can choose to work from home or from the office.
–We have our own space for the finance department in the office, which is good since we need to discuss and talk to each other quite a lot. But I like to have people around, so sometimes, I work in the landscape with the developers.

Her workdays are full and diverse. There is always something to do and a lot to learn. She mixes invoices and payrolls with incoming inquiries from colleagues. She is a high-spirited and open coworker who sets a positive vibe at the workspace and is interested in her colleagues.
– The Talent acquisition team has done a great job. Everyone here is very friendly when you get to talk to them. You can tell the whole team has been carefully chosen.

And what about the social side with technical events and other social activities that Redpill Linpro host, do you join them? 

– Yes, absolutely. I am the kind of person who loves to join; I don’t want to miss out on anything. When there is a tech talk or a lecture, I might not always understand the topic, but it is still really nice to take part and maybe learn a thing or two.
